Whether you’re still at school or looking to change careers, our work experience placements can help give you the experience and learning opportunities to kickstart your career in housing.
You’ll spend your placement working from our head office in Dartford, learning the ropes from one specific area of the business, or a variety throughout the week – you choose.
You’ll have the opportunity to meet and learn from industry professionals, gain experience working within an exciting, fast-paced environment, and understand the inner workings of the social housing industry.

We’re looking for people who have a great work ethic, a passion for learning more about social housing and the work we do, and a team player attitude.
So, if you’re enthusiastic with a real interest in learning and gaining experience, then our work experience placements sound perfect for you.

We run a week-long work experience placement during the summer months, and potentially during the autumn months (depending on availability).
The placements are temporary, unpaid positions, however, reasonable expenses will be reimbursed where appropriate. If applicants are under the age of 18 years, then written consent from a parent/guardian will be required.
