One of our key priorities is to reduce our environmental impact and build sustainably, therefore all new homes will be built using Fabric First principles. This means that the performance of the building materials are maximised to ensure the homes are as energy efficient as possible and reduce carbon emissions by using air source heat pumps, PV solar panels, electric vehicle charging points and triple glazing, wherever possible.
