Ways to pay

It’s important you keep on top of your rent and service charge payments. 

Our online customer portal, MyMoat, is the quickest and easiest way to pay your rent and service charges. You can set up direct debits, make a payment with a credit or debit card and use your AllPay payment card at any time convenient to you. Log in to your account or register at: moat.co.uk/mymoat. You can also pay by the following methods:

Your rent, service charges and any other payments are your responsibility. All of our tenancy agreements and leases require your account to be paid in advance. Advance payments will depend on your frequency of payment - if you pay weekly then you must be a week in advance or if you pay monthly you must be a month in advance.

Supporting you

Our Income and Advice Services team can offer guidance with benefits and budgeting, as well as support with appeals and tribunals. Our friendly team has expert knowledge, a network of contacts, and are happy to talk to you.
