Hello,

Today we're launching a brand-new repairs and maintenance service shaped by you.

We've listened and used your feedback to give you a more reliable and responsive repairs experience. Thank you to everyone who shared their views and experiences, especially our Existing Homes Forum members. Your feedback has directly influenced the changes we're making.

You told us you wanted repairs completed right first time, better communication, and a more flexible service.

What's changing?

To help us deliver our new service, we're starting a long-term partnership with Mears, as well as working with a range of specialist contractors. By bringing together the right expertise for each job, we'll be able to reduce delays, improve flexibility and provide a more reliable and responsive repairs service

You can expect:

  • More flexibility when booking appointments

  • Better communication and progress updates

  • Improved quality checks

  • Support tailored to your needs

Some improvements will be introduced over the next few months as we continue to develop the service, and we'll keep you updated along the way.

Watch our short video to see what's new...

You can continue reporting repairs through our customer portal myMoat, by calling 0300 323 0011 or by emailing customer@moat.co.uk

Over the coming months, we'll also introduce new features through myMoat, making it easier to report communal repairs, track progress and manage requests online.

Our new Repairs Offer

We've also launched our new Repairs Offer, which sets out what you can expect from us and how we'll work together to keep your home and communal areas safe and well maintained.

Thank you for continuing to share your experiences with us.

Best wishes,

Gavin Cansfield
